Calaveras County Supervisors Unanimously Approve Erickson's Proposal to Correct/Finish Copperopolis Community Plan
The Lake Tulloch Alliance has contended for months that the Copperopolis Community Plan fails to deal with critical issues to protect Lake Tulloch including the lake shore and boat density.. The plan also fails to deal with other issues including provisions in the plan that would allow for a massive city in the basin. Under Supervisor Erickson's leadership, the Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to hire independent, outside consultants to review the entire plan and correct the the failures and/or omissions in the plan. This was an important action in the best interests of the community.
